Service Management

The dashboard provides full control over your active services, including upgrades, renewals, and cancellation.

Upgrading a Service

If you need more resources (RAM, CPU, Storage), you can upgrade your service instantly:

  1. Navigate to the Services list.
  2. Select the service you want to upgrade.
  3. Click on the Upgrade button.
  4. Choose the new package or customize specific resources (for VPS).
  5. Review the prorated cost (you only pay the difference for the remainder of the billing cycle).
  6. Complete the payment. The upgrade is usually applied immediately (reboot may be required for some resources).

Renewing a Service

Invoices are generated automatically if you have auto invoice creation enabled for your organization. However you can manually renew a service and change the billing cycle:

  1. Go to the service details page.
  2. Click Renew.
  3. Select the billing cycle (e.g., Monthly, Annually).
  4. Proceed to payment.

Requesting Cancellation

If you no longer need a service:

  1. Go to the service details page.
  2. Click Cancel Service (usually found in the Settings or Management tab).
  3. Provide a reason (optional) and confirm.

The service will be terminated at the end of the current billing period.

Warning: Cancellation is irreversible once the service is terminated and data is deleted.
